Use of Website & Services

Studio Bookings & Rentals
All studio bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Bookings must be made through our approved booking platforms.

- Overtime usage may result in additional charges.

Creators Club Memberships
Creators Club is a membership program offering structured access to Nashville Creatives Studio.
Membership Terms
- Membership benefits are defined by the plan selected.
- Included hours reset monthly and do not roll over.
- Memberships are subject to fair-use guidelines to ensure availability for all members.
- Access to specific spaces may vary by membership tier.
Commitment & Cancellation
- Creators Club Core memberships are billed month-to-month.
- Creators Club Pro and Studio Pass memberships include a minimum commitment period as outlined at signup.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle or commitment term.
We reserve the right to modify membership offerings, pricing, or availability with reasonable notice.
Fair Use Policy
"Unlimited" or extended access offerings are subject to reasonable, non-exclusive use. Excessive or abusive booking behavior may result in restricted access or membership review.
Our goal is to maintain a healthy, accessible studio environment for all members.
Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
- Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Missed sessions or unused time are not eligible for refunds or credits.
- Refunds for cancellations or service interruptions are handled at our discretion.
Studio Rules & Responsibility
Guests are responsible for:
- Treating the space, equipment, and staff with respect
- Any damage caused during their session
- Leaving the studio in reasonable condition
Nashville Creatives Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
